As a nonprofit strategist, researcher, and grant writer, Susan helps individuals, families, foundations, and nonprofit organizations realize their philanthropic goals. In her work with individuals, families, and foundations, Susan is committed to the idea that people and families can greatly benefit from building a legacy of giving that reflects their values and interests.

​When working with nonprofit organizations, Susan’s core philosophy is that success comes from objectively identifying challenges and implementing clear, innovative solutions that bring out the best in the organization and its people. The healthier the organization is, the more able it is  to successfully fulfill its mission.

TAMAR RENO, PARTNER

With a track record of 20 years of successful practice in nonprofit development, Tamar is dedicated to increasing the effectiveness and impact of people and organizations involved in philanthropy. Tamar has experience as an educator, executive director, development director, counselor, board member, and entrepreneur.

Tamar is a Newberry Research Fellow and a graduate of The Grantsmanship Center, the world’s oldest and largest fund development training organization. Formerly a Director of Development with a national organization, Tamar has been successfully raising funds for nonprofit agencies since 1993.
