ORGANIZATIONAL ASSESSMENT

An organizational assessment involves examining the overall functioning of the organization and developing solutions for specific problems. Organizations and their challenges are unique and varied; therefore, solutions should be as well. Intracoastal will meet with you and get to know your concerns, and the programs, policies, people, and practices that define your organization. We’ll help you identify and clarify problems (and potential problems) and design solutions that are appropriate to your specific challenges.
