NONPROFIT START-UP

Intracoastal assists nonprofits with all aspects of founding a new nonprofit organization. This includes creating your initial board of directors, developing your organization’s mission, vision, purpose and values statement, budget development, and strategic planning for both short term goals and long term success.

We also prepare documents required by both state and federal governments to start a nonprofit. These documents include:

• IRS Form 1023 (application for 501(c)(3) nonprofit status)
• Fictitious name registration and legal notice
• Articles of Incorporation
• Bylaws
• Conflict of Interest Policy and Statement
• Application for Employer Identification Number (EIN)
• Registration with state agencies (varies from state to state)
